Justice Talking has received a Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. The national award recognizes excellence in communication. Justice Talking won in the Radio-Women’s Issues category for a program on the Women’s Equality Amendment.
Started in 1972, the Clarions honor excellence in 132 categories across all communications disciplines, including advertising and marketing, audiovisual productions, education, newsletters, online media, photography, public relations, radio and television.
Justice Talking previously won a Clarion award in 2003. The radio program, which airs on National Public Radio, is ceasing production at the end of June. Program archives will remain available at www.justicetalking.org for the foreseeable future.
