Michael Hennessy

Michael Hennessy is a former project manager and statistician in the Health Communication Group of the Annenberg Public Policy Center, with interest in the integration of structural equation modeling and intervention program/behavioral theory, growth curve analysis of longitudinal data, and using factorial surveys to design behavioral intervention programs and medical trials for experimental vaccines. He has published over 100 journal articles in Evaluation Review, Structural Equation Modeling, Psychology Health & Medicine, The American Journal of Evaluation, and Evaluation and the Health Profession among others.Dr. Hennessy was previously employed by the Centers for Disease Control, has held faculty positions at the University of Hawaii and Emory University, and has worked in the private sector doing evaluation research. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. from Northwestern University and his M.P.H. from the School of Public Health, Emory University.
